7. Every Monday Manheim DFW has units that run in the
Manheim Monday Online Sales Event on OVE.com. We
have units running from GE Remarketing, Hertz,
Mercedes-Benz Financial, Audi of America, ARI and
more. Dealers can start previewing vehicles on the
Friday before the sale at 1pm CST.
8. Manheim DFW has an Exotic Highline sale monthly on Tuesdays

Every other week on Wednesdays, Manheim DFW has it’s
Ford Lincoln Mercury Closed Factory Sale. As a Ford
Motor Company auction facility, we ensure that the
Ford vehicles are handled to Ford’s Exacting standards.
Every Thursday starting at 9:30am we have our Open Factory, Fleet Lease
and Dealer Consignment Sales. This is our main sale day with
companies such as Ford Motor Credit, Mazda, AmeriCredit, GE
Remarketing, Franklin, Enterprise Holdings, Hertz, VRS, United Auto
Credit, Loanstar Title, Capps, Omni, RLB, Sun Trust, Auto Bank,
Donlen, Barco, Auto Nation, MCMC and Wholesale Inc.
9. Manheim Dallas Ft. Worth offers a variety of options
to buy and sell units. At the Jacksboro facility we are
moving towards the future in our state of the art
theaters. Our Specialty line of Boats, RVs, Motorcycles
and Heavy Trucks are auctioned off in our 2 theaters.
The theaters being inside offers relief from the outside
weather conditions. Inside the theaters the customers
are treated to a multi-media experience that shows that
Manheim DFW is on the forefront of using technology
in the auction arena. As the seller is in the block there
are a multitude of screens providing information as to
what images are shown, bids received, basic unit
information and next upcoming unit. Professional ring
men are on the floor throughout the theater taking bids
and assisting the buyers with questions.
10. Manheim DFW has the ability to bring the
auction house to the seller. Contained within
a 32 foot trailer, Manheim DFW can bring the
expertise, marketing, excitement and protection that any
Manheim facility can offer right at the dealership. The trailer
works on a high-speed satellite connection back to Manheim.
Because of this we can operate anywhere in the United
States and bring live internet bidding to the dealership. This
trailer provides an air conditioned/heated office space so that
buyers can check in and check out, reports can be generated
and all the necessary paperwork dealt with. A block is built into
the trailer so that the auctioneer,
seller representative and the block
clerk can see and interact with the
buyers and bring the adrenaline of
a live auction out. When we are
onsite we bring everything we
need to put on a sale: TV’s, tables,
operational tools, and clean up
supplies.
11. Detail and Recon

• In the detail area we have 4 lanes where we can detail 250 cars in a day.
• In our paint and body shop we have 2 - 4 in 1 car paint booths and can turn around 80 cars in a day.

• Manheim DFW provides a full spectrum of mechanical repairs for vehicles that are to be auctioned.
Mechanical checks typically review items of concern discovered by pre-sale electronic condition
reports or post-sale inspections (PSI). A mechanic decides if there is a mechanical problem and gives
an estimate of the potential repair cost to the consignor. Sellers can request that repairs are made
prior to a sale, and buyers can request repairs after they purchase a vehicle. Our mechanics are the
best equipped and are ASC Master Technicians. They can perform light to major mechanical repairs.
12. Vehicle Entry Process
Manheim DFW is currently in the process of
adopting the Manheim Vehicle Entry Process.
This process has successfully tied together several
departments within the Auction with the express
purpose of cutting the time to ready vehicles for
sale. This process will ultimately have
units viewable on Auto IMS with full
condition reports and pictures, on average,
within 24 hours of arrival at the auction
regardless of delivery time or day of week.

• At Manheim DFW our Customer Service Center and Marketing team can get you the
right dealers in your lane and on-line.
• Our Customer Service Center has 7 marketing professionals that contact dealers for
your sales via phone calls and emails. And if a dealer has any questions, they will work
with them until the answer or problem is solved.
• Manheim DFW also provides in house advertising which includes posters in the lobby
and in the lanes. Flyers are posted throughout the auction including the men’s and
women’s restrooms, dealer services area and computer stations.
