4. The Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi
wasalam) said
Chapters beginning with Ha-Meem* are beautiful,
fresh, fragrant, splendid meadows. Whosoever
desires to walk around in the meadows of Paradise
should recite these surahs. *[Surahs with Ha-Meem
at the start. It includes seven Surahs 40-46 i.e.
Ghafir or Al-Mumin (40), Fussilat or Ha-Meem (41),
Ash-Shura (42), Az-Zukhruf (43), Ad-Dukhan (44),
Al-Jathiyah (45), Al-Ahqaf (46)]
(Al-Tadhkar Fi Afdal Al-Adhkar by Imam al-Qurtubi)
Ibn Mas’ud (radiAllahu anhu) said,

Baihaqi)
5. Sayyidna Ibn ` Abbas RA said, 'Every thing has an essence.
The essence of the Qur'an lies in مٰح لَا‘ Al Ha Mim '
Sayyidna Abdullah (Ibn Masud RA said that the example of the Quran
is similar to that of a person who started out to look for a place where
he and his family could live. Here, he finds some green open land and is
pleased with it. Then, he moves ahead, and finds gardens and settling
places far more verdant and growth-prone. He says, 'I was wondering
about the greenery produced by rains that I saw first, but these are more
wonderful. Then, it would be said to him, 'The first all green layout is
like the Qur'an in general, and the gardens and lodges are like مٰح لَا Al
Ha Meem) from out of the Quran. Therefore, Sayyidna Abdullah Ibn
Masud RA said, 'As for me, when I, during the recitation of the Qur'an,
arrive at: مٰح لَا(` Al Ha Meem), it is as if I am enjoying myself.'

21. Let's evaluate our selves
Am I sure?
Yes No mostly to some
extent
I always pray for the forgiveness of all Muslims
I don't care about mindfulness of others in following
the orders of God.
I'm sure Allah knows the betrayal of the eyes
I confidently present the religion of truth to others
with logical arguments.
Obstacles and dangers in the work of preaching
the religion cool down my zeal.
I am content with the knowledge I have.
If our behavior remains the same as that of
previous nations, we may be punished
