• Challen ge and prioritise business requirem ents, so as to add real valu e to th e

• Advise bu sin ess cu stom ers at senior m anagem en t level regardin g th e delivery, costs,
availability and fun ctionality of IT services and system s and to develop an effective
partnersh ip w hilst at th e sam e tim e a cting as the am bassado r for th e IT fu nction
• D evelop a business un it / IT operatin g plan to en able th e business to m ake effective
spend and investm en t decision s. M axim ise econ om ic efficiency, an d va lue for
m on ey, th rough con sisten t delivery across custom er ba se of IT services
• W ork closely w ith th e Strategy & A rch itectu re team , develop the plans in to a series
of investm ent projects & program m es to produ ce a coh erent 3 yea r IT S trategy for
