Ingredients:
● 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 2 cups broccoli florets
● 2 tablespoons butter
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
● 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
● 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken:
○ Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
○ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
○ Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully
cooked and no longer pink in the center.
○ Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. Cook the Broccoli:
○ In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets. You can add a bit more olive oil if
needed.
○ Sauté the broccoli for about 4-5 minutes, or until it's tender but still has a
slight crunch.
○ Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set aside.
3. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
○ In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
○ Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
○ Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
○ Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and
creamy.
○ Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg (if using), and season with
salt and pepper to taste.
4. Combine and Serve:
○ Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
○ Add the cooked broccoli and sliced chicken into the skillet with the Alfredo
sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
○ Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing everything to heat through.
○ If the sauce thickens too much, you can add a splash of chicken broth or
water to reach your desired consistency.
