Why do we need to identify the users/stakeholders? Developers, content creators, admins, trainers, champions, users etc. How to identify the roles in your org License Assignment - License Types
- Consider the day to day operations of the service. Who manages the service? Who runs it, for example who adds new users, assigns licenses? Who sets the standards for development? Who administers the workspaces? Who monitors the service? It doesn’t HAVE to be IT.
