2. Can Power Point Be overused? I guess in one way PPoint can be overused is the length of a presentation. Presentations are meant to be short, concise, and to the point as quickly as possible. I do think it can be misused... A power point presentation is only as good as the research one applies to it. If the person is just looking to produce something, spur of the moment -- chances are, people will be leaving the presentation with more questions than information. On the other hand, That may be by design to keep people there -- perhaps in the effort to sell something. (e.g. Car, Timeshare, ect.)
Bul1: Don’t stray from your topicBul3: Explain with context, Don’t make your presented read the entire slide unless the presentation meant for private use.Bul4: Verbal context can be conveyed faster than some may be able to read.
