Describe the culture of an organization/group that you are a part of (e.g., where you work,
clubs/athletics/Greek groups on campus, etc.). What are the symbolic elements (symbols,
stories, language, metaphors), roles (heroes, outlaws), interactive elements (rituals,
informal rules, communication style), contextual elements (history, place), etc. of your
organization? How do these ways of communicating embody the organizational values?
How does that translate (or not) to your values as an individual group member?
