The health implications associated with short- and long-term exposure to particulate matter measuring less than 2.5 microns (PM 2.5) continues to raise concern. Certain health effects, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), have long been associated with PM 2.5 exposure. Research into the association between respiratory conditions and PM 2.5 have been the basis for air quality regulations; however, recent literature suggests that PM 2.5 exposure may lead to far more adverse health effects such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and low birth weight. Additionally, it now appears that PM 2.5 may follow a non-threshold linear dose-response model, meaning there may be no safe level of PM 2.5. If this is the case, even stricter regulations will follow, putting more pressure on industry to lower the output of PM 2.5. It will also pave the way for unlimited litigation for personal harm and liability. As research involving PM 2.5 exposure and human health continues, businesses must be prepared for the coming onslaught of law suits and ever-increasing demands to remain in compliance with stricter regulations.

Benzene is a dangerous chemichal compounds that can cause haematological effects. Gasoline contains approximately 5% carcinogens benzene. Gas station employees, particularly fueling operators are working population that have a high risk of benzene exposure. Within the continuous exposure. The purpose aim of this study is to analyze the relationship of urine trans, trans-Muconic Acid (tt-MA) levels with haematological profile of Gas Station Workers. The study was designed as an observational study and conducted by cross sectional method with 33 samples (12 samples administrative workers and 21 samples in fueling operator). The research showed that average concentration of benzene in the air is 0,58 ppm. The result of Spearman analysis showed a significant correlation the amount of fuel fill and the duration of filling the fuel with the level of tt-MA in urine (p=0,000). From this research can be concluded, that more fuel is fill and the longer the duration of filling the fuel by respondent, the higher levels of tt-MA in urine. Therefore, works should use PPE and that medical surveillance conducted continuously every year.

Every drug product, with its apparent patent and trademark from European Patent Commission (EPC), must exhibit its safety utilization starting from its ecological cultivation up to its warranty disposal back to the environment termed as Life Cycle Assessment of drugs. Climate change may be influenced and worsened by several determinants in which pharmaceutical sector may play a big role to environmental pollution and may eventually lead to risks of developing health problems due to environmental toxicities. Therefore, there is a crucial need for remediating drug wastes into renewable energies as corporate responsibility of environmental taxation for the advocacy of Sustainable Development as promoted and regulated by Kyoto Protocol of United Nations Millennium Development Goals of economic prosperity and safety of the public. This paper aims to delineate the waste to energy technology functions for addressing its problems and concerns in carbon tax such as the quantity of renewable power percentage, the amount of greenhouse gases of climate change and its environmental pollutants from waste disposal of expired and used drugs, the prevalence of morbidity and mortality rates in relation to environmental exposure to hazardous substances, and its relative monetary progress and success. Kinetic modelling of equations and its MATLAB simulation code is important for application of waste to energy technology for Sustainable Development. Therefore, delineation of carbon tax in kinetic modelling is quite necessary in resolving issues in economy, society, and environment as exhibited in SELECT criteria mechanism of decision making.

It’s so hard that we sometimes attempt to guess by trying out tentative fixes, but that usually results in frustration, messy code, and a considerable waste of time and money. This talk explains how to correctly zoom in on a performance bottleneck using three levels of profiling: distributed tracing, metrics, and method profiling.
