Why are we successful? Employer Engagement We work in partnership with employers to meet their needs as a business Employing from an untapped pool of resources i.e. people with disabilities and people from disadvantaged groups makes good business sense; employers just need to know why  We work alongside HR professionals, managers and teams to offer advice on recruitment, policies, procedures to devise creative solutions and simple adjustments to overcome identified barriers. We work with employers to dispel the myths they may hold and demonstrate to them that people with disabilities can work  We promote reasonable adjustments, good recruitment and selection, good training, positive policies and a willingness to give people a chance.  Our success is based on the genuine belief that people with disabilities and people from disadvantaged groups can work and sustain work with the appropriate support.
