JOB PROFILE:-
• Mechanical seals (Leak Proof, Dura metal, High-Fab etc.).
• Repairing & reconditioning of pumps.
• Assembling, testing & aligning of pumps.
• Responsible for all routine shift jobs, breakdown jobs, turn-around jobs &
preventive maintenance jobs of all rotary equipments i.e. screw conveyors,
blowers, rotary kiln, pumps, gear boxes, couplings, rotary valves etc.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of static equipments i.e.,
pressure vessels, columns,
• Heat exchangers, reboilers & tanks etc.
• Preparing for shut down activity
• Preparation of ISO documents
• Familiar with following equipments:
• Vernier Calipers.
• Micrometer
• Vibrometer.
• Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge (Modsonic Made)

1. Hydro-testing of Valves, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Vessels, pipes etc. with
respective design pressures.
2. Experience on installation & fixing of pipelines (PP, CS, HDPE, PTFE LINED,
SS) etc. with suitable gaskets,(asbestos, spiral wound, Ni, SS PVC,PTFE ,E-
PTFE etc.)
3. On air jet ejectors of pp-frp & Cs/Hastelloy-C, fluoro spar Dryer equipments like
Bag filters cyclone separator, rotary valves etc.
