2. SINDROME DE BURNOUT:
Also called burnt syndrome or professional burnout, it is defined as a
response to conical and continuous estpres in the work environment that
reflects a constant feeling of emotional exhaustion and negative attitudes
towards the people with whom he works, added to a feeling of professional
inefficiency.

5. health:
la OMG define salud como “un estado de completo bienestar físico, mental

6. psychosocial risk:
psychosocial risks and work-related stress are among the most difficult problems in
the field of occupational safety and health. they significantly affect the health of
people, organizations and national economies (peiró & rodríguez, 2008).
around half of european workers consider that stress is a common element in their
workplaces, and contributes to about half of all lost workdays. like many other issues
related to mental illness, stress is often misinterpreted or stigmatized
7. however, if psychosocial risks and stress arise as a problem of
organizations, and not as a personal defect, they can be managed like any
other risk to health and safety at work. (hupke, 2013)
8. they are defined as those conditions present in a work situation directly related
to the organization of work and their social environment, with the content of
work and the completion of the task and that are presented with capacity to
affect the development of work and health (physical psychic or social) of the
worker.
thus, adverse psychosocial conditions are at the origin of both certain
behaviors and inappropriate attitudes in the development of work as certain
consequences harmful to health and the welfare of the worker.(villalobos,
2005).

colleagues;

(joint ilo-who committee, 1984).
11. Workers feel stress when the demands of their work are greater than their
ability to cope. In addition to mental health problems, workers subjected to
prolonged stress periods can develop serious physical health problems,
such as cardiovascular disease or musculoskeletal problems
