Present as a CNR proposal at the AGM for
the Standing Orders:
„NRs can be reelected only once. The CNR
can prolong the term of a NR for 6 months
upon request by simple majority.“

Why do we have to change the NRs?
NRs are the best informed persons of the network
(active in local, national and international level)
ESN needs more people with this experience
The network needs new views from time to time
One of the tasks of a NR should be to find his/her
succesor

Is it possible to find a new NR after 2
terms?
ESN Mannheim finds each semester 5 board
members and 4 supervisory board members
-> It should be possible to find 1 NR within
a country in 2 years.

They are highly requested in several fields of
ESN:
• National Boards
• International Board
• Committees
• Advisory/Supervisory Board/Council
• Chair of RP, NBM, AGM, CND
• Studytrips
• OC of Events/Meetings

dumbheads?
The CNR won‘t change this much from the
one of today
NRs need little time to become
experienced. Energy dedicated to the
mandate is more important than the
number of meetings

knowledge inside one country
The NR is the most powerful person of the
