"What gets measured is what gets done" is an old business maxim that's as relevant today as ever. “Measure what matters” is also a frequency used term today, data helps us prioritize decisions in these difficult times

We may have to take a different strategic approach than when the plan was last updated. After all, any good plan needs to be a dynamic instrument.
