1) Human Resource Information System
 Maintaining and updating Employee records in HRIS system.

 Prepare & Display of Notices & Documentation.
 Preparation of Weekly & monthly HR & Employment Cost Reports and sending
it to Head Office/ Departmental Heads.
 Organising Monthly Communication Meeting in the Plant for all Employees.
3) Salary & Benefits to Unionised Workmen
 To ensure correctness of salaries, Increments, promotions as per the guidelines &
long Term Settlement & documentation. ( Bonus, gratuity, )
4) Manpower Planning / Recruitment and Selection
 Manpower planning for effective deployment by analysing retirement data.
 Advertising vacancies and getting applications from institutions.
 Screening of applications as per criteria.
 Conducting interviews.
 Recruiting and selecting appropriate incumbents for vacancies.
 Maintaining and updating HRIS System and Maintaining Employee Records.
 Implementing new recruitment policies as per staffing requirement & reviewing

5) Recruitment & Induction of new recruits

 To Monitor & Facilitate performance appraisal process of Unionised Employees
& Management Staff employees.

8) Contract Labour Management
 Facilitate ESI & PF coverage of contract Labour
