This document can serve as a powerful financing proposal. This article will take you
through the stepby-step process of developing a business plan. A business plan is very
specific to each particular business. However, while each business needs a unique plan,
the basic elements are the same in all business plans. To complete an effective business
plan you must dedicate time to complete the plan. It requires you to be objective, critical
and focused. The finished project is an operating tool to help manage your business and
enable you to achieve greater success. The plan also serves as an effective
communication tool for financing proposals.
B. Talk about a business plan that you want to prepare. Explain at least 10 major points
you will include in this business plan of your choice. What will be the purpose of the

Company name is Toaru Amusement. There are no so many amusement facilities in
Aizu. Our plan for this business is to provide various services. For example Bowling,
Karaoke and indoor pool. Surely, only for these services we cannot get enough benefits.
So we will to tenant other restaurants or convenience stores. But we would not captured
by profits. we want to make a place where provide relax and reduce stress. We think to
build amusement facilities in the site of the "Saty". Attract famous shops for tenant. For
example Macdonald, Starbacks, sevene leven, etc. Income by tenants, membership fee,
and entrance fee, ad rate would be our main income. Most important point of running a
business is to take care of customers. Negligent customers is equal to throw away
benefits. Good location will be a good advertisement. Good location will assemble
