Employment History
I have been employed at Papa Murphy’s International with my job title being the
Assistant Manager of the Twin Lakes branch. My dates of employment are October 11,
2012-Present. Being the Assistant Manager of a business comes with quite a bit of
responsibilities and duties. As the Assistant Manager my job was to supervise the
employees to ensure that the store was following through with correct policies and
procedures. My duties also included solving employee’s issues in the workplace and
follow the steps of proper disciplinary procedures for the employees that were not
following store policies. Also, I was solving customer complaints and issues as well.
Excellent customer service was a big goal for me and the employees that I have trained.
One of my responsibilities was to help the customers with any questions or concerns
they have and ensure that the customer leaves very satisfied. By working in the food
industry making sure all product is correctly marked, dated, and put in chronological
order is essential to make sure that I was giving the public the most quality product.
Another duty of mine was to make product orders for the store twice a week. Taking a
weekly inventory on all products to make sure that our food cost was where it should be.
In addition, scheduling and working efficiently to keep the store labor cost as low as
possible. As Assistant Manager, I was highly involved in the hiring and firing process as
well, while aligning the proper hiring paperwork for each and every employee. These
are some of my duties as Assistant Manager of the Twin Lakes branch of Papa
Murphy’s International.

I was active in football, wrestling, and basketball.

Graduated 1st in my class and achieved the highest honors.
I specialized in Military training and bearing. Also I was a master tutor for my peers.
Also I completed over 60 hours of community service and volunteer work throughout the
Bremerton, WA area. Some of which included volunteering at the local hospital,
volunteering at local parks, food banks, and animal shelters throughout the area.
Skills
Some of my skills that I am best at include customer service, problem solving, team-
building, efficiency, and leading other to achieve a common goal. I have acquired these
skills from my position Managing a business and through the National Guard youth
academy program.
