As a part of this project, we are maintaining the client's DWBI Infrastructure.
For this, we closely work with our client and onsite Business Analysts and follow business techniques
and technical expertise that could help them drive their business properly. We are mainly working
with the Data Base management teams to know the Business Impact of any discrepancies in the
data.
ETL Team works closely to extract data from various Sources (Oracle DB, Flat Files LDAP and JAVA)to
carry out an audit using Informatica, PL -SQL etc. to highlight the discrepancies which will affect the
business functionality. These discrepancies are reported to the source team, which take care of all
the discrepancies. Discrepancies are reported using, SAP tool Business Objects and Micro strategy.
So, we play a major role in providing the authenticity of the data between different source systems.
Which in terms contribute a lot in both Client and customer satisfaction.
Role:
 Delivered end to end BI and DW solutions using Informatica and Oracle.
 Analyzed the requirements and framed the business logic for the ETL process.
 Involved in the Framework for ETL design and its documentation
 Tested the code, which include Unit &Integration Testing and Regression Testing.
 Created High Level and Low Level Design specifications
 Extensively worked on creating complex mapping using transformations like Filter,
