VI. Rationale:
Pursuant to DepEd ORDER No. 44, s. 2015, re: Guidelines on the
Enhanced School Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report
Card (SRC), this Division, will conduct a Training-Workshop on the School
Improvement Plan (SIP) Deepening through Stakeholders Active Participation cum
School-Based Management (SBM) Exit Conference and Re-visiting School
Governing Council’s Roles and Limitations on December 5, 6 & 7, 2018 at the
Division Multi-Purpose Training Hall, IBJT Compound, Carangan, Ozamiz City.
VII. Objectives:
At the end of the activity, the following objectives should have been
accomplished:
Understand clearly the school improvement process
Share, clarify, resolve issues/concerns/problems on SIP
Identify areas in SIP that need intensified training
Come up with next steps to improve/enhance SIP/AIP
VII. Description and Training Matrix:
2. The participants from the schools shall include the School Heads and the
School SIP Coordinators and the participants coming from School division Offices are
the Public Schools District Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors and the Chief
ESs-CID & SGOD, Senior Education Program Specialist
A registration fee of Php. 3,500.00 will be charge to each participants for one
(2) nights accommodation , 6 meals, 4 snacks and full-air conditioned venue for two
(2) days.
The registration fee, travel expenses, and other incidental expenses of
participants shall be chargeable against HRTD funds or local funds for SDO
personnel and School MOOE for school personnel subject to existing accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
VIII. Training Strategy and Methodology:
1. Schedule / Conduct of Training:
The training shall be conducted on September 7 and 8, 2017.
2. Participants:
The participants are the Senior Education Program Specialists in Planning
and Research, Senior Education Program Specialists in Monitoring & Evaluation,
Division Planning Officers, ICT Officers, and SGOD Chiefs and the pilot schools from
the three divisions which involve the Secondary School Principals, Elementary School
Principals, ICT Coordinators, Division AlS Coordinators, ALS-EPS-II, and PSDSs.
From the regional office, the participants are the BEST Team, QuAD chief and PPRD
Chief.
3. Trainers:

training with their specific topics of assignment.

VII. Monitoring:
The Division SGOD-HRD will conduct the Process Observation and the EPS-
SGOD M&E will conduct the QAME.
Right after the training, the MEA Staffs by division will craft proposal for the Roll-
Out of SMEA Technology to schools in their respective Divisions.
VIII. Accomplishment:
The SGOD SM,M&E shall prepare a consolidated QAME report on the conduct of
the training which will be submitted to the SDS.
