In the past few years, I have been a more active investor in the real estate market of Eastern Europe, specifically Romania. Importance of staying motivated.I always have and always will keep a positive attitude and outlook on life because I thoroughly believe in the affect this can have on a person and especially a team. Positive energy reflects in my business my home and my health..Last June I visited my friend at his health business and spa. However witnessing and acknowledging my hectic lifestyle as well as the eating, drinking and smoking habits and what it was doing to me in the long run, I decided to set some goals for myself and make that change! I soon realized why I actually went there and why I positively approached the whole programme. ! I hate to pop pills for any issue even for the common cold or flu. In fact I’ve only visited my dentist once in the past 6 years (to check up and do a hygiene cleanse), probably visited my general practice doctor 3-5 times in the past 30 years, and never been in hospital that I can remember, apart from a broken arm when I was about 10. Without health you will not have a happy life or family or finance to enjoy what you like. Importance of health…I lost my ignorance and arrogance, and started taking my health more seriously. I accepted that I must take my health seriously. The yoga and meditation sessions I follow have a simple mission – to empower me to enjoy life, not endure it. Many of us will be deeply religious and perhaps sceptical that yoga is not my thing as I am not a yoga type or Indian, Christian, or religious enough or spiritual enough etc… Yoga is all about community, society, and there is no religion or spirituality required to do it. It has to do with YOU, not the faith you follow.I cannot stop learning in this field, and wanted to make it easier for the common person to act on their desire to improve their life.
