Neil Henney, Branch VP
Neil Henney has spent his entire professional career in all phases of real estate. He
was born and raised in a northwestern suburb of the Twin Cities. He followed his
father’s footsteps in becoming a businessman in the community and in real estate. Neil
also met his wife through the real estate business, as she was a relocation
specialist.Together they raised a family in Plymouth. Through Neil’s commitment to
coaching and training he maintains an environment and culture that allows his

Rob Mehta, Sales Manager
Rob’s experience spans 15 years in the real estate industry in both sales and as the founder of 2 real
estate companies. His experience includes a decade with the RE/MAX Organization years as a broker/
owner and also as a co-founder and partner of a real estate company in Bangkok, Thailand. Rob is a
2009 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, 2009 Minnesota Association State President, 2005
graduate of the Compass Academy (the leadership academy of the Minneapolis Area Association of
REALTORS), 2003 RE/MAX Broker of the Year and he has served on both the national board and
executive committee for AREAA. He is a current director for both MNAR and NAR and chair of the

Professionals Network at NAR. His varied experience has included involvement in the sales, marketing
