Securities on 0.42Ha site on Oxford Street.
45,00 sq m 8 storey building. 9,000m2 Retail, 15,000m2 Offices and 6,500m2 residential (39
apartments).
Mace Design and Build contractors. Sectional completion contract. Monitoring and site
attendance duties from start on site through to Practical Completion and Defects liability Period.

3. Jumeira Garden City - Dubai 2009
SOM Masterplan for 7.5Km New CBD in Dubai. SOM London involved particularly in East Park
district. 5.5million m2 (BUA) of mixed-use development. The project is currently on-hold.
Involvement primarily as technical coordinator on various aspects of the project, including
infrastructure generally: utilities / new technologies / servicing (‘smart boulevard’) / parking, traffic
and transport management strategy.
Secondary role was project liaison to consultants and SOM Dubai and Chicago.

4. Leamouth Peninsular London 2007 - 2008
Mixed use development, peninsular site of 4.7 Ha. 180,000sqm accommodation across 12
buildings, including 10 high-rise up to 27 stories height. Residential component - approximately
2000 homes. Public promenade, a school, an arts centre, creative workspaces, shops, offices, a
nursery, community centre, parking and delivery management and new bridge access across the
Lea and across rail tracks to Canning Town. The project is currently on-hold.
Involvement as technical coordinator on various aspects of the project including the bridges,
construction phase 1 for the first buildings (Building N now complete). Regular participation in
client and consultant meetings and liaising with LBTH Building Control.

5. Leicester Performing Arts Centre £61.5m 2003 - 2007.
13,000 sq m internal space, including 750 seat Auditorium and 350 seat black-box studio theatre.
Designed as an ‘inside-out’ theatre with a stage at ground level as an extension of the foyer,
which is itself a continuation of the external square. 4.5m high monolithic, dead loaded glass
separates the inside from the outside, below a transom-only façade hung from the storey-height
roof steelwork.
Involvement in design development with particular responsibility for detailing of all external
packages – including site attendance throughout the build.

6. Oxford University Radcliffe Observatory Masterplan 2005 - 2007.
100,000 sq m of new accommodation for the University of Oxford on 4.3 Hectare £40m site. New
campus, library and academic facilities.
Involvement as Project Manager for both ROQ Masterplan and separate ROQ Infrastructure
projects, liaising with Estates department and consultant teams to help compile reports and
exhibitions for public consultation and submission to Oxford City Council for adoption.

7. Mahler4 Office Tower Amsterdam 2002 - 2004.
24-storey landmark 32,000 sq m, Amsterdam £27m, Technical management of all façade
packages including design development and detailing through to fabrication. Liaising with Dutch
co-architects and contractors during site attendance throughout construction. Working closely
with Rafael and RVA - NY technical director Charles Blomberg to accurately realize original
concept.

8. Vincent Street, London SW6 2000 - 2002.
204 flats across 9 new buildings including a new London Ambulance Service station as section
106 agreement. 17332 sq m £33m.
Responsibility for all technical aspects of the production information packages for 9 buildings and
site attendance for the first building including discharge of section 106 - London Ambulance
Service station.
