  3. The standard forms and policies can be kept and versioned in the system and completed forms kept against a patient or service user record. Plans can then be available for audit with historical versions available and the whole process is then available to key people in the organisation, rolling up to reporting at operational management and board.
  4. The focus is that at a management level the admin burden is at least no more than now and everyone gets more and better quality information. Keep it simple and make sure information is available to anyone who needs it as part of their job. Make the process clear, concise and transparent. Reduces the cost of compliance by focusing audit, training and coaching where standards can benefit from improvement.
  5. The reporting manager has a ā€œreminderā€ email which clicks through to the areas of the system they need to interact with. This makes the process simple and uncomplicated. This can be deployed to message the patient or relative directly, or through an advocate or researcher
