SCOPE OF SERVICES PRE-AGREED SLA’S (SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT) Prior to agreeing, we discuss and agree on specific service level agreements, including reporting, target dates and numbers for CV submissions, target dates for interviews, interview feedback guidelines and deadlines for offers and start dates. SOURCING & SCREENING Sourcing and screening of prospective candidates from exclusive database, head hunting, industry contacts & job portals as per the position requirements provided by client Engaging candidates, market the client organization and the position to excite the candidate Get confirmation of potential candidates’ interest in the position SHORT LISTING & PRE SELECTION COORDINATION Forwarding profiles of validated candidates to client for client short-listing and assist in obtaining further information from candidates, if desired by client Coordinate with client and intimate interview schedule to suitable candidates EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND SCREENING & PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE CHECK Our domain specialist will conduct through reference check from maximum three reference sources of current and previous employer. Process shall be accomplished with a structured and pre-defined methodology. PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT Conducting Psychometric test of short listed / candidate (s) Identify required personality traits, aptitude, attitude and behavioral skills based on job requirements Analyze responses and develop individualized reports for client submission POST SELECTION COORDINATION Engage selected candidate and facilitate salary negotiation and issue of offer, if desired by client Follow-up with selected candidate, coordinate pre joining formalities and liaise till candidate joins COMMUNICATION AND DETAILED REPORTING Having a dedicated consultant means that you have one point of contact to update or communicate with. You will receive weekly updates on the progress of the talent acquisition and a detailed report on where the candidates have been located and through which medium, which have been shortlisted or rejected and the interview feedback on each candidates. That way you are always informed on the progress and ready to report back to the business on the role.
  4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Provide detailed position requirements including number of positions, job title, qualification, desired attributes, proposed compensation, job location and other relevant details. Client shall communicate referred profiles’ short-listing feedback to Talent Hub Management Consultants within 3 working days of the receipt of profile; otherwise the candidates may be referred for possible employment with other clients of Talent Hub Management Consultants. Convey approval of short listed candidates to enable meeting with interview schedule. Conduct interviews, salary negotiation, pre-employment medical examination leading to issue of offer. Keep Talent Hub Management Consultants informed of offers issued. SERVICE CHARGES IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SERVICES INDICATED ABOVE, TALENT HUB MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL FEES AS FOLLOWS: Level of position Defined CTC band Monthly Fees Entry & Junior level less than 3.00 LPA Rs. 30,000 Middle & Upper middle level 3.00 LPA- 6.99 LPA Rs. 40,000 Senior level 7.00 LPA - 10.00 LPA Rs. 50,000 Top level 10.01 LPA & above Rs. 60,000 Service Tax & Educational Cess will be charged and be payable by Client, as per notifications given by the Government of India from time to time Note: All referred CVs shall be referred with their contact details. Nothing shall be hided in the referred CVs. Psychometric Tests & reference check are limited to maximum two most preferred / selected candidates per position. Additional psychometric test & reference check process will be on chargeable basis i.e. Rs. 2000 / candidate. PAYMENT TERMS Invoice will be raised on the first day of every month Fees will be payable within 5 days from the date of invoice raised Payments to be made by Demand Draft / Cheque in favor of ‘Talent Hub Management Consultants’ payable at Vadodara
