their working lives but multiple jobs at the same

• Complex problem-solving skills will become a core
requirement by 2020
• Demand for narrow technical skills e.g. programming or
equipment operation and control will be stable
• Demand will grow for cognitive abilities, content, process,
and social skills
• Policy must support the transition of workers into new jobs
and ensure workers’ skills match market demand
• More freelance activity and fewer workers employed full-
time

•In today’s war for talent, the ability to attract the
attention of Generation Z is top of the list for every
recruiter.
•Millennials and Generation Z currently account for
38% of the global workforce. However, in the next
decade, that figure will rise to 58%.
