win situations for all parties involved. The most
obvious party to benefit, the mentee, learns
how to do his or her job better through hands-
on training from experienced employees with
greater industry knowledge. Mentored
employees also feel less isolated in the
workplace because, if they have any
questions, they know where to go for answers.
