The department needs to revise its work instructions for documentation processes. This proposal outlines overhauling inefficiencies, gaining stakeholder buy-in, assessing impacts, and developing a structured process to streamline instructions. The revision aims to cut documentation time and allow other objectives to be accomplished through measurable time and cost savings. Key stakeholders and audiences will see benefits like less confusion, freed up employee time for development, and overall department value.
