Movement of Vehicles CONTROL MEASURES
• Don’t cross infront or closed to the
big trucks with engine in front as
driver has limited visibility.
• Required PPE must be on.
• Traffic control, see to it that you
have eye to eye contact with the
driver when giving signals.
• See to it that you are visualized by
driver when removing the cones.
• Don’t move backward.
• Buddy system “Look at me and I’ll
look at you”.

Slide gate crash CONTROL MEASURES
• Avoid holding the center
pole when slide gate is
moving.
• Don’t stand before the small
gate when slide gate are
opening.
• Required PPE must be on.
• Buddy system “Look at me
and I’ll look at you”.

Heat Stroke/Sun Burn CONTROL MEASURES
• Required PPE must be on
including water bottle.
• Don’t roll your sleeves.
• Drink more water.
• Don’t expose to the sun for
longer time make rotation.
• Put sunblock cream.

5. HAZARD ID AT SECURITY
TOWERS
Pinch Point CONTROL MEASURES
• Required PPE must be on.
• Don’t hold on the edge of
the entry bar. Door is
moving freely.
• Provide string or stopper to
hold the door from moving.

6. HAZARD ID AT SECURITY

Snake Bite CONTROL MEASURES
• Required PPE must be on.
• Snake Gaiter must be wear
especially when on the
ground.
• Proper Housekeeping must
be observed at all times.
Always ask to collect food
left over on time.
