Q.  Why should I list with you? A.  We are Personalized Not Franchised.  We create a unique customized  marketing campaign for each client we represent.  We understand that selling your home involves more marketing than selling fast food hamburgers. Q.  How much is it going to cost me? A.  Our commission agreement is 3% of the sales price payable to our company at closing.  Additionally, we highly recommend that you offer the buyers agent a commission of between 2% and 3%. That said, it has been proven time and time again that a properly marketed home by a real estate professional will command a much greater sales price than that realized by an owner attempting to market their home themselves.   Q.  What is involved in that cost? A.  Our MLS fees, advertising, website, internet promotion, signs, marketing materials, postage, fuel and our significant investment of time.  Q .  What factors will most influence how fast my home will sell? A.  The three main factors that determine the speed of sale are: the location, the price and the condition. Q.  Why should I use you instead of my realtor friend? A.  Mixing business and friendship can be very risky to the friendship.  Is your friend a good friend?  Are you thinking of using your friend because they are a great proven agent or because they are your friend?  Will they feel comfortable giving you honest answers about your home?
Q.  Are you local? A.  Yes.  We have lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years  collectively and presently have been on the water for 12 + years. Q. We understand that selling your home involves more marketing than selling fast food hamburgers. Q. How much is it going to cost me? A. Our commission agreement is 3% of the sales price payable to our company at closing. Additionally, we highly recommend that you offer the buyers agent a commission of between 2% and 3%.
