Narrative approach plays an epoch-making role in improving the level of medical care, clinical psychology and welfare area. First, I introduce the process and meaning of the Narrative Based Medicine Next, I dare to observe a negative aspect and risk in Narrative Approach to look for a new role of Narrative Approach.
