only involves a few simple steps. There are two possible
preparation methods, both of which work equally well:
Method 1
1. Place 10 to 12 aspirin in a bowl
2. Crush the aspirin into a fine powder using a large
spoon
3. Add two to three tablespoons of water to create a
paste
Method 2
1. Place 10 to 12 aspirin in a bowl
2. Add warm water to cover the pills so that they
dissolve and create a paste
Next, apply the paste to the affected areas using your
fingers or a cotton ball.
Finally, rinse the mask off with warm water after 10 to
15 minutes (some people apply the mask before taking a
shower).
