1. He startedhis first studioin 1980, before founding "Artists Unlimited"a cooperationof artists, architects,
illustrators, typography, graphic and fashiondesigners. LaterstudiosinParis, Hamburg andBerlin followed.
He has worked for clients such as Audi, German Telecom, HermanMiller, Merceds-Benz, Toyota, Nike,
Volkswagen andmagazines likeStern, Vogue, Wired, Weltwoche, Zeit. In1992, a pleasant encounter
inBerlin brought him forthe first timeto India, andit soon became his secondhome. While continuinghis
work on commissionedassignments, bothin India andEurope, his art projects have made him explore
more remote areas of boththe indiansociety as well as the sub-continent. "White tooWhite", the
