Solutions (a fortun500 company) at the Bangalore, India location since July, 2015 as Senior
Business Manager .( I have also been fortunate enough to work with organizations like Aditya
Birla, Collabera, Technosoft Corporation, Mindlance & MIPL Solutions in the past.
Born in IT and bred in convergence, I am a result-driven Recruitment Professional with work
equity of 8.5+ years in the areas of IT Recruitment (Lateral + Campus) / Resourcing,
Manpower Planning & Allocations and other HR activities.
 
I am resilient with enormous energy and known as an influential and motivational leader with
a special talent for building cooperative and productive work environments that foster
achievement of corporate goals. Ramping up and developing a multi-cultural, multi-skilled,
cross-border workforce have been my forte & hallmark which enable a company develop
capabilities to compete in today's economy and manpower critical/sensitive industries.

Process improvement and automation of recruitment by ensuring the integration of technologies
and processes.
Strategizing the long / short term directions by forecasting the future manpower requirement and
designing plans for acquiring requisite skills and competencies.
Strong in MIS, trend analysis, manpower projections, issue resolving and mentoring team.
Resource ramp-up capability of handling 200 to 4,000 positions an year.
Creation of the recruitment processes, policies, and procedures that support the integrated
technology and service delivery model. Ensuring a strong partnership for communication and
change management.
•Account Management Fortes: -
Develop strategies and Staffing plan for major clients, detailing the current business objectives with
the client, and our plans to support their staffing needs.
Monitor quality of service, including quality of applicant’s
Regular interaction with client/stakeholders to have clarity on job descriptions and discuss suitable
profiles
Maintain long-term business relationship and Interface with all levels of management and support
client's project or staffing needs.
Manage a team of recruiters with two leads to support the extensive recruitment process.
Sharing the short listed profiles post preliminary scanning with stakeholders and maintaining the
pipeline of qualified candidates for the further stages of placement, as per the company's needs.
Building appraisal system and appraising staff (including consultants) accordingly.
Maximize business revenue /gross margin and negotiate profitable commercials
Develop new accounts understand and implement new staffing models/strategies to existing
accounts.
Manage and maintain multiple Client relationships and engagements.
Negotiate and finalize commercials and SLAs with the clients.
Follow up with Accounts team for invoicing and approval of legal agreements.
