pipeline of qualified candidates for the further stages of placement, as per the company's needs.
Building appraisal system and appraising staff (including consultants) accordingly.
Maximize business revenue /gross margin and negotiate profitable commercials
Develop new accounts understand and implement new staffing models/strategies to existing
accounts.

Negotiate and finalize commercials and SLAs with the clients.
