  2. 2. HOW CAN EFT HELP? EFT will help to „sink‟ in the gratitude, thankfulness & appreciation.EFT engages our auditory, verbal and kinesthetic modalities, thus helping the good feelings sink in better. ©2012.
  3. 3. Verbal: Saying the affirmations aloud or in your mind. Kinesthetic: Tapping.Auditory: You hear your words. Reaffirm the appreciation. ©2012.
  4. 4. HOW TO TAP ON GRATITUDE? One of the simplest ways to do gratitude tapping is to tap on each of the sequence points and express gratitude. It doesn‟t have to be anything big. You can express gratitude for what you have in life. You can tap daily to express appreciation for the things that happen daily. You can also appreciate your abilities and strengths. ©2012.
  5. 5. TAP ALONGTap on each point and repeat a „gratitude‟ phrase. For example:Tap on the Eye Brow (EB) and say“I am grateful that I was calm in the office today.” ©2012.
  6. 6. Tap on the Eye Corner (EC) and say “I am grateful for all the new clothes/… that I bought today/recently”. ©2012.
  7. 7. Tap on the Under Eye (UE) and say“I appreciate that my spouse was very caring when I wasn‟t feeling well today.” ©2012.
  8. 8. Tap on the Chin (Ch) and say“ I appreciate my ability to listen deeply and care for my children.” ©2012.
  9. 9. Tap on the Collarbone (CB) and say“I am grateful that my neighbor helped me today.”Tap on the Under Arm (UA) and say“ I‟m happy that I cleaned my cupboard today.”Tap on the Thumb (TH) and say“ I really appreciate that I made Rs./ $ …. this month.… ©2012.
