2. Key duties/responsibilities for project analyst
1. Experience with setting up project module for new operating units
2. Experience in EBS integration during a Merger and Acquisition cycle
3. Proficient in requirement analysis and business mapping of Oracle Projects
module with existing set of financial configuration.
4. Conversant in global intercompany setup along with OTL /3rd party cost
collector
5. Support business user during UAT and resolve any functional issues with
new OU roll-out
6. Work in a dynamic work environment with time-zone across Asia, Europe,
US
7. Proficient in troubleshooting Oracle Project costing, billing related issues
8. Support period end activities to ensure financial book closure in time
9. Guiding technical team for troubleshooting of interfaces , packages and
workflows
10. Participate and contribute as solution architecture when required
3. Key job qualifications for project analyst
1. Bachelors / Masters degree in Financial Systems or Computer Sc required
2. Minimum 10/12 years experience with full cycle Oracle EBS
implementation
3. Must have implementation experience with Oracle Projects
4. Detail understanding of Oracle EBS function security , menu ,
responsibility
5. Detail understanding of Oracle Project Extensions
6. Good understanding of technical integration between various Oracle
modules and Projects
7. Creation of test scripts as per AIM / OUM
8. Creation of Functional / BR100 document for custom development or
extensions
9. Working knowledge with most Microsoft Office applications (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
10. Outstanding customer service and communication skills
