Job Roles &Responsibilities:
• Handling complete end-to-end recruitment process.
• Requirement gathering & understanding the requirements given by various clients for their
manpower positions.
• Identifying candidates through various sources such as Job portals, Employee Reference,Linked in
Internal Database and posting advertisement and Mass Mailing Through Portals Like
Naukri,Monster,Times.
• Using the Job Portals like Monster, Naukri to successfully source the right candidates according to
the job description.
• Taking telephonic interviews with the candidates. (Evaluating communication and HR issues like
Experience, Qualification, Job responsibilities, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice period…).
• Cross Verification To Check The Resource Attitude@ For Submission of quality Profiles.
• Schedule & co-ordinate With Resources and with leads.
• Follow up with the selected candidates, and keeping them warm till their Landing.
• Maintaining daily Recruitment/Submission Tracker
• Reporting to the managers on recruitment status on a daily basis.
Sourcing
• Look for candidates from the internal database.
• Source candidates from portals like Naukri and Monster.
Screening
• Screen the candidates to check their technical credentials, project experience, communication skills,
• CTC,
• Notice period, academic credentials & related details.
• Interacting with Candidates
• Schedule interviews
• coordinate with candidates during their client visit & for next levels of interview, till closure,Post off

Follow-up
• Continuous follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.
• Coordinate with the client and the candidate's queries and changes in date of joining as and when re
quired.
Reports
• Maintain tracker sheets;
• client wise, requirement wise, for candidates sourced through portals & networkbuilding.
• Daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, feedback reports.
