I am currently employed in Indian Naval Hospital Ship Asvini, Colaba,
Mumbai as a General Surgeon and Professor of Surgery in Maharashtra University
of Health Sciences. I have 23 years experience as a General Surgeon and 10 years
experience as a teacher of Surgery and practice of Urology and Renal
Transplantation.
I have a very pleasing personality, excellent bedside manners and a very
cheerful disposition.
I am a very highly motivated, result oriented and hard working professional. I
have demonstrated a high degree of success in leadership role, team management
and resource allocation . I look forward to challenging assignments.

Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible to perform the generic duties such as undertaking the day-to-day
clinical duties, e. g. walk-in clinic, emergencies, pre-placement and periodic medical
examinations .
Follow the established policies/procedures regarding medical clearances, sick
leave and medical evacuations.
Ensure availability of supplies and proper functioning of medical equipment,
keeping regular checks on inventory for smooth and timely services of the medicines
and other medical equipment.
Ensure appropriate training programs are implemented in order to maintain
and develop the medical capabilities
Interact with the staff along with the staff counselors, senior management
throughout the organization, specialized agencies, physicians & representatives of
Laboratories, Pharmaceutical Companies, Medical Associations and Societies.
Refer the staff to outside specialists as necessary while keeping regular
follow-ups with the outside specialists. This also entails assisting the manpower
resourse department to guide, direct, recruit and train the employees for their
professional and organizational growth.
Manage the patient , para-medical staff and trainee student relations while
maintaining the hospital’s decorum along with the smooth operations. Ensure
quality health services provided at the best possible levels within the available
resources with the Hospital.
