MIEL is in the elite group of primary steel producers with a world class integrated steel plant at Raigarh that
has a production capacity of 1.5 MTPA to produce HR plates, rebars and structure profiles to cater to the
rapidly growing infrastructure & construction industry.
The Monnet Group also carries out extensive coal washing and beneficiation for its internal consumption as
well as for other users, both in the public and private sectors.

Job Profile:
(A) Human Resource Development
(1) Man Power Planning, Talent acquisition & Retention
a) After consulting with departments, making Long & short term manpower planning.
b) To make budget for financial year with respect to manpower costing.
c) Designing, implementing & updating of compensation & benefit structure.
d) Complete Hiring Process (Both on roll and off role white collar resources) with the help of latest
recruitment tools & techniques.
e) Identifying manpower requirement in the existing setup and upcoming projects through Manpower
Relocation, Multiskilling and Career Planning.
f) Strategizing for retaining talent and identifying various tools
g) Formulation & successful implementation of reward & recognition processes both at levels of management
employees as well as workers level for effective retention.
h) Execution of benchmarking activities which includes surveys and research within and outwards of the
organization.
(2) Recruitment, Selection and Induction
a) Job Description development of employees.
b) Recruitment of all levels of employees
c) Empanelment of placement agencies, arrange advertisements, campus Interview, scrutinizing applications,
coordinating interviews, negotiation and selection of employees
d) Application of psychometric test in talent recruitment to find out right talent.
e) Employees verification by detective agency and employee medical checkup
