represent your

1. Competes with your
   chapter members
2. Unlikely to provide
   referrals
3. Always a substitute,
   never a member
Who should I ask
to substitute for me?
Send a substitute that will
do a great job of
representing you:
1. Team member or
   employee
2. Business person
   friend or family
3. Happy customer,
   happy customer,
   happy customer…
A happy customer is
likely to GIVE you a
great testimonial and
will GAIN referrals from
your chapter

           60 seconds. Prepare it in advance
     –     Walk them through it
     –     Bring them as your guest beforehand
