Directors of Toastmasters International in 2008-2010. Prior to the election as International
Director of Toastmasters International, Kim Siong has served many distinguished positions
at with excellent achievement, including leading his home district to the Number 11 position
in the world when he was District 80 Governor in 2006-2007. He has inspired individuals
through the world, including training sessions in America, China, Canada, Taiwan, Hong
Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Ireland, Macau, Dubai, South Africa and
Singapore. He has demonstrated leadership skills in working with teams, strategic planning
and mentoring leaders for many years.
He holds a Master in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde Business
School and Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing; Advanced
Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) from Institute for Adult Learning and with a
wealth of experiences ranging from sales and marketing communications. He has
experience as an Effective speaker and trainer in sales and marketing and a reputable
track record of success. He has also completed his Certificate in Family Life Education.
