The call for proposals shall be open from May 27th until August 31st, 2011, at 18:00 time of
Mexico City.
Foreign Participation:
Non Mexican participants can participate in the project as members of Mexican consortia
(indirect participation) and be entitled up to 50% of the eligible costs.
Working language of the call is Spanish.
