• nter the Chapter username and password you’ve received to login

• lick on My Account to enter your own valid email address

• nter your Chapter Name and Chapter Position.

• nter your email address and a new password.

• ill in the rest of the form with the appropriate information, some info is optional but be sure to

enter City and State, Favorite Quote, and a Statement, then click Save.

• lick on the Click Here link to resend the verification email to your email address if you don’t

receive it in your mailbox
• lick on the link provided in your email to verify your account, then click Profile

7. Part 2 – Edit your chapter profile
• o get to your Profile at anytime, login and click on My Profile from anywhere on the site.

• o edit your profile info, click on My Account on the top navigation or on Edit My Account on
T
your Profile page.
• o add or change your profile photo, click on Edit or Delete below your picture.

• o create an event, click on the Dashboard tab.

8. Part 2 – Edit your chapter profile
• o upload a picture to your Profile, click on Add File, select your image from your computer,

then click on Upload Image.
• mages must be either .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF and cannot be larger then 5 MB in size.

• o create a new event or manage an existing event, click on the Dashboard tab from anywhere

on the site and make your selection.

• o start a fundraiser, simply fill out the event creation form entirely and click Save to continue.

You can come back and edit this info later as well.

• he navigation bar on the left side of your Dashboard will guide you through the steps to

complete your fundraiser and publish it. Use the Preview Fundraiser button on the top to preview
your event at any time.
• nce your fundraiser is live, you can send out invitations and track progress from here as well.

• o go back to the event creation form to make edits to your fundraiser parameters and

descriptions, click on the Settings link.

• o upload an event image, click on the Event Image link and upload a picture.

• he Event Sponsors section is optional. You can upload up to 3 logos for businesses who

support your fundraiser. If you don’t upload any logos, this section will simply not display on
your event page.

• elect a game for your fundraiser from the Games section.

• dd or Remove games, your selection for your event displays on the left hand side.

• est play each game to select one that is appropriate for your fundraiser and members.

• ou can submit your score and see how you rank with other game testers just like a real

fundraiser.

• se the Funding Account section to create your payment account.

• his should be the last step before you are ready to publish your account, make sure you

have finalized your fundraiser to ensure proper naming of your account and correct
allocation of the funds you raise. To create the account, simply click Create.

• he Publish section displays the steps necessary to complete your fundraiser.

• s you complete the required steps listed in the top section, they will be removed, and the

Publish button will activate when all the steps are completed.
• hen you’re ready to take your event live, click Publish.

• his is a Preview of your unpublished event.

19. Part 4 – Invite your supporters
• his is your live event page. Please note the Chapter account is automatically “joined”, but do not use this

account to raise money on your behalf. You will need to create your own personal account.
• ou may use the Facebook and Share tools to post to your favorite social media channel or use the built-in

template in your Dashboard to send out a notification.
20. Part 4 – Invite your supporters
• nce your event is live, you will have access to send notifications and monitor your participants’ progress

with a simple report.
• lick the Notification section to access the Invite My Supporters email template. Use this tool to send emails

to supporters you want to invite to join the event and fundraise.
• lick the Reporting section to access the Champion Summary report.

21. Part 4 – Invite your supporters
• he Invite My Supporters tool is one of many ways you can get the word out about your fundraiser.

• imply import email addresses, modify the message, and send.

• ou can also copy and paste the content into your favorite tool, just make sure that you include all

relevant information about your event, including the correct URL address.
22. Part 5 – Monitor your Champions’ progress
• he Champion Summary report displays the amount raised by each participant in your event and

provides a link to their fundraising page for further drill down.
• dditional statistics about your fundraiser are listed on your event page and on each Champion’s
A
fundraising page.
