An interesting dynamic occurs when you discover, believe, and live this style of leadership: it will create a team that will walk through fire with you. You become a builder of relationships. There are two quotations central to this way of leading. First, “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit; but with humility of mind, let each of you regard one another as more important than himself. PIA? Accountability is a measurement of how close or distant we are from our center.  Convergence is our “sign post”   Shared values > Trust, credibility/courage, integrity & action Values build upon each other and define the DNA of the team’s behaviors. When behaviors do not equal values then there is an issue! How do we evolve from a noun > adjective > verb? “A great leader's courage to fulfill his/her vision comes from passion, not position.” – John Maxwell
Simplicity Most of us operate with an auto response to the DNA of the performance oriented worker (POW)  and follow the process of PIA. Company vision/IT vision > IT Creed > Mission Statement > Personal Mission Statement “It’s the leader’s responsibility for creating and communicating a clear vision.
