Unable to find data in Outlook, then why don’t you take help from search tool. It is available in all versions of Outlook that filter data from collected database and find out the exact match data quickly.

5. Open Outlook 2007

search all mail
items.

7. If you want to find those email message that
included attachments:
Type #attachments in instant search box.
When you type this keyword, it will show the result
quickly, but if it does not show then expand your
results from all folders.

screen in Outlook.
