- voice and video - we have 1-1 video right now... but we want to get to multi-person so that you can run a mtg through a web browser so we're working on multi-person video chat -- and in addition to that we're working on ways to integrate this with other technologies (complement to your existing video conf system - eg. tandem) ex. some people are connected on a conf room while others are on their laptops
- In addition to having that functionality we want integrate it to all of our apps. if you have an document you want to pull it into a meeting - you should have ability to do that
- screencasting you can present any content you can present your desktop in addition to that - you can do it without any plugin in the receiver side. (15 people just need a link)
- More flexibility in how you can create a site today, it's rigid, only certain areas where you can put things, cant move things around, etc layout editor, etc. build a more sophisticated site 2) The other thing is workflow -- enable scripting to trigger workflow processes on simple events using google apps script = java scripted server side. script is independent of the application - trigger actions across google applications (built in libraries are for google products, but you can also build new libraries to affect outside system).
- One of the keythings corp use Sharepoint is for document unification. so we're improving the way sites and docs are going interact... allow you to create a site with a number of docs, for example it's not a 2-way avenue

You will be able to do simple operations with any document: annotations on any documents ex. pull up a pdf, circle something and write some annotations essentially adding another layer to those docs. - annotations / highlighting - drawing - comments
- With Chrome to release Chrome into the enterprise (Group Policy, MSI Installer, etc) , but also release Chrome OS we want to spur the increase the types of devices where your users can use applications. User can equally use a netbook vs a powerful pc to run google apps with same experience this gives choice to corproation - no need to invest in expensive computers for everyone. We want to have a variety of devices that can run rich browser functionality (in smartphones, etc)
