2. What’s new?
The all new settlements tab offers you the changed and updated interface and report which helps you to understand the payout
made to you in a detailed and easy way.

Changes made to the Interface:
1. Credits and debits made to your account are
separately visible
2. Details of deductions made (commissions,
logistics, etc.) now available in under
respective segments

6. How to check new settlements in the new format?
To check the new settlements details, then follow these steps -
Go to Payments tab and click on Payouts tab Click on Settlements tab

Date filter- you can use this filter to select the date range as
per your requirement
You can select a maximum of 31 days
Total amount settled - Click here to view the total amount settled/payout received
from Paytm Mall
Amount in Process - Here, you can check the amount which is under process and will
be credited/debited accordingly in your account within the upcoming days

To check the order level payout details click on respective link
See Order level details – List of orders which are delivered to the customer and the payout made to you for the same
See Adjustment Level Details – List of orders for which the adjustment made to the payout (e.g. Logistics/commissions, RTO/DTO, etc.)

Click on the icon to download the payout report for
the selected date
If you want to download the individual settlement-wise payment details in the excel format, then follow these steps -
Click on the icon to download the payout report
Two files will be downloaded in the zip format:
a. Merchant payout report
b. Order summary report

Click on Download payment details to download the payout of
the selected date filter
If you want to download payments details from a selected date range in the excel format, then follow these steps-

13. FAQs
Where can I check if I have been charged any SLA breach penalty?
The details of such deductions will be available under section named additional charges.
I was promised that my merchant cancellation penalty will be waived off in this settlement, how can I check that the amount has
been reversed?
In case of the adjustment done to the payout due to waiving off any penalty the details of such adjustments is available under
section named Adjustments. To check if against a particular order, the amount has been waived off or not click on see
adjustment level details and look for the order number. If the order number is not available, reach out to support team by raising
a ticket.
I had filed a claim, how will I be able to see if I have received the payout for the same or not?
In case of any claim amount is credited to you, the details of such claims is available under section named Adjustments with the
heading of “RTO/DTO adjustments”. To check if against a particular order, the claim amount has been credited to you or not click
on see adjustment level details and look for the order number. If the order number is not available, reach out to support team by
raising a ticket.
