Direct Hire Solution 
As an organisation there will be times where you naturally come across contractors that you want to work for you. We can provide all pay rolling services for all customer referred contractors. We offer a single point of contact for all contractor and billing issues. We will look after pay rate negotiations, security documentation, certificates of currency, compliance guarantee’s and engagement process standards ultimately giving you greater resource control and more time to focus on your core business. 
International Sponsorship 
During October 2008, Paxus was officially approved by the Commonwealth Government as an authorised holder of an “On-Hire Labour Agreement” for sponsorship of overseas workers to fill nominated skilled IT positions 
in Australia. 
The Labour Agreement enables Paxus to sponsor IT professionals under the Temporary Business (long stay) Visa (subclass 457) program. This gives Paxus clients potential access to candidates that are identified overseas with niche skill sets otherwise not found within Australia.
