Contribution for the SME’s stays the same in both cenarios
Participants Criteria
10 SME’s
- Formally constituted companies;
- 51% of your company is locally (co-)owned ;
- Not currently participating in a SIPPO project that includes
technical assistance and trade fair participation;
- Not completed a CBI export coaching programme in the same
sector;
- Not have a joint venture with a company based in a country with
a classification of UMIC or higher;
- No licensing commitments that prohibit or limit export
possibilities of products to the EU competitive prices and sufficient
production capacity;

- Products bodywear (shapewear/lingerie/underwear/beachwear))
- locally owned
- 11 to 200 employees
- Able to produce at competitive prices in the EU market for a

The joint Export Programme for the garments sector in Colombia will run from July
2014 till 2018, and will be implemented by CBI in close collaboration with Proexport
and INEXMODA. Application is open to those SMEs that are willing and able to
commit the time and resources needed to successfully compete in the European

For a nominal enrolment fee, your coach will guide you through three programme phases for
entry into the EU market (see below for description and participation prices). Each of these three
phases is focused on a particular activity, with the ultimate goal of preparing you for European
