Different that others who have a one-size-fits-all mentality, we offer a full suite of WebEx meeting applications. Meeting Center serves a wide variety of general collaboration needs, while the other centers are tailored to specific business processes. As you can imagine, providing remote support 1-on-1 is very different than delivering training in an online classroom, or hosting a company all-hands meeting online…even though the same technology is at the foundation. Your users get best-in-breed solutions—and you get the advantages of standardizing across your organization. Note to field: Most often enterprise customers subscribe to the full suite, so users across the org have access to all the applications, and can use the right one for their needs. A sales organization, for example, might use Meeting Center or Sales Center to make sales presentations and demonstrate applications—and also use Training Center to deliver training to the field. Similarly, an IT organization might use Support Center to manage helpdesk requests, and Training Center when there’s a new software rollout and they need to train users. Through open APIs, these real-time meeting applications are easily integrated with the transactional applications of the process…such as the LMS system used for training or the help-desk ticket system used for support. Integrated audio across services is also a key differentiator. Having single access to both the web and audio portion of a session makes scheduling, starting, and joining sessions much easier—and the session host has full control of audio activity from within the meeting environment.
