WHY WE CHOSE THIS TOPIC:
We chose this topic because fitness has become a matter of concern in many countries
across the world.
OBJECTIVES OF THE RESEARCH:
Through research in this topic we, Vibgyorites are hoping to:
• get acquainted with the number of people who are aware of the need to exercise
regularly to stay fit
• get acquainted with the number of fitness centres in our region along with the
services they provide to help one stay fit
• get acquainted with the number of people who exercise at home as well as the
number of people who visit various centres for fitness
• understand the reasons for staying at home to exercise
• list the various forms of exercise people at home have adopted to stay fit
• list the various forms of exercise children at our school have adopted to stay fit
• understand the reasons behind the growing concern for fitness
