Company Overview
The firm M/s Lall & Co was established in the year 1951.
The founder of the firm Mr.Lall Bahadur (B.Com, M.Com. FCA., ICWA,
LLB) qualified and started his practice, as a chartered accountant in
the year 1951. He was one of the fellow members of profession with
experience of well over 55 years.
At present the firm is having Two partners and a total staff strength
of more than 20 personnel.

PRAVESH AGHI
B.Com., FCA, -is practicing chartered accountant since 1987.
The firm is specialized in fields of Audit, Taxation, Company Law, Foreign Exchange
Regulations, Central Excise and other allied laws. It has also gained specialization
in study and designing of accounting systems of various companies and corporations in
private sector. The firm has also diversified in the area of Management and Financial
Consultancy as well as information system audits. We are committed to high level of
professionalism & excellence.
The firm’s name is included in the panel of consultants maintained by Reserve Bank of
India and ICAI vide registration No.0001208N.

Accounting
The firm provides services of designing, developing and implementing the accrual/ cash
system of accounting for Corporate and Non Corporate entities. The firm expertise to
design manual on accounting and various operational areas including internal control
system and related records to be maintained by an organization and also to advise on
various issues pertaining to treatment of transactions involving multiple complexities
and legal implications. The firm has adequate infrastructure to impart conceptual as
well as on the job training facilities for introduction and implementation of the
accounting and internal control system.
Audit
Approach of the firm is to concentrate efforts on controls and key risk areas enabling
to provide a straightforward, cost effective audit. The firm has considerable
experience and expertise in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Concurrent
Audit of Corporate and Non Corporate entities, Banks, Co-operative societies,
Charitable Institutions etc.

Taxation
The firm has specialized in tax planning services by advising and counseling clients
in selecting form of business, organization of capital structuring, consolidation of
resources etc. We represent our individual and corporate clients before various
authorities starting from the Assessing officer to the Income Tax Tribunals,
Settlement Commission and the Central Board of Direct Taxes. The expertise of the firm
on Direct Tax Laws and treaties for avoidance of double taxation between different
countries has been useful to Indian and Foreign Nationals and Corporations having
business in India or having business connection with India.
Corporate Strategist
The firm is providing Services on various matters under the Companies Act, 1956,
including formation of companies, capital structuring, Mergers and Amalgamations,
Liquidation or Winding up operations etc. The Firm has also represented various
agencies in matters relating to company Law at highest levels of Department of Company
Law Board and other related government authorities.

Excise, including registration, represent our individual and corporate clients before
various authorities of Service Tax and Central Excise.
Sales Tax ( DVAT and CST)
The firm provides services on various matters under the DVAT and Central sales Tax
which includes DVAT / CST registration, Sales Tax assessments etc.
Management Consultancy
The services being provided by the firm include identification of project, preparation
of project reports, appraisal of projects, advising on resource mobilization etc.

Feasibility study for Computerization, Introduction of System, Preparation of System
Manuals and programmes and to provide initial training. With the Information
Technology scenario in India changing drastically and the process of globalization
taking over, we have also diversified into these activities.
Outsourcing Services
Outsourcing – the strategic use of external resources in one way many businesses are
choosing to help them cope up with their accounting and financial functions, allowing
them to concentrate on their core activities. The current technology allows people
from different parts of the world to work together, across international time zones

The Firm is in a position to provide recruitment services to clients for finding
suitable senior executives. We provide initial screening after ascertaining the
requirements and shortlist the applicant after final interview. We also assist clients
in the selection of required personnel in the accountancy and financial disciplines.
